HR Generalist skilled in a wide variety of recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation, benefits management/enrollment, performance management, payroll, and employee relations. J.C. worked in a variety of Boston start-ups, including dot coms and most recently a biotech company. J.C. is skilled in starting an HR department from the ground, and also maintaining and contributing to intact HR functions. J.C. currently reports to the CFO/COO and works closely with senior management in a variety of roles, has researched and implemented HRIS systems, managed performance issues, and rolled out performance management plans in several companies. She stays current on both state and federal employment regulations. J.C. holds a B.A. from Boston College and a Master in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.
