J.H. is a PMP and ScrumMaster-certified, results-driven Business Analyst and Project Manager with 20+ years of experience in both the Federal government and private industry. He has successfully delivered financial systems, managing all phases of the systems development life cycle. J.H. has extensive systems knowledge and expertise related to government financial accounting, defined benefit and defined contribution, mortgage origination and underwriting, and multi-language mortgage applications. Since 2009 he has worked for a financial regulator where he has successfully delivered various, large-scale software development projects and serves as a bridge between technical staff and executive leadership. Prior to his current role he spent several years in the private sector developing financial software applications. He is proficient in the entire MS Office Suite of products, including Project and Visio, and collaboration tools such as Team Foundation Server. He is passionate about capturing process and figuring out ways to improve it. He has an MBA from Old Dominion University with concentrations in finance and information technology.
