J.F. is a US Veteran (Coast Guard) with an active Top-Secret Security Clearance and 30+ years of senior-level program management and operations management experience. He has a background in strategic planning, human capital management, workforce development, logistics planning and management, process improvement, quality assurance, and training and development. J.P. is also tech-savvy and an Excel wiz, with a strong background in financial planning & analysis and budgeting & forecasting. In his most recent position with the Coast Guard from 2016-2018, J.P. was assigned to DOD’s Office of Compensation, where he provided program and policy guidance related to a $9B compensation budget for all DOD personnel. From 2011-2016, he was Director of Workforce Management, Human Capital and Resource Directorate, where he orchestrated the development of service-wide policy and workforce plans to manage a 7,000-person workforce. While at the Coast Guard, he led crisis operations for 17 hurricane operations, including managing personnel, supplies, and equipment and coordinating with FEMA and state and local authorities. He has an MBA from The George Washington University and a BS in Finance and Business from the University of South Florida. He is excited about transitioning to a commercial or nonprofit environment.
