J.P. has 12+ years of experience providing IT, network administration, help desk, and technical support to small and large organizations. Much of her experience has involved supporting both internal and external customers and using latest technology to create operations efficiencies. From 2015-2019, J.P. served as Systems Administrator and IT Specialists for a private school, where she migrated school operations to a cloud environment, including online forms and payments. She served as online Administrator for School Care Works, Formstack, and Office 365 as well as the school’s WordPress website. She maintained the Windows Small Business Server, resolved computer software issues, and provided general IT support. From 1998-2005, J.P. worked at Primus Telecommunications, where she was promoted three times to Senior Network Support Engineer.
