HR strategy consultant and project manager with 20 years of experience in organizational design, compensation analysis, and performance management in the public and private sectors. As an independent consultant, J.P. most recently implemented a new performance management and compensation program for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). She has also performed human capital work for MedImmune, Department of Veterans Administration, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to this, she was a Senior Manager at Fannie Mae for 3 years, where she developed and launched an enterprise-wide Project Management Office. In other roles at America Online and Discovery Communications, she supported large efforts to transform these organizations, resulting in improved talent strategy, employee development, and business operations functions. J.P. has a Masters in Organization Development and Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland.
