J.R. is a marketing professional with experience in both B2B and B2C environments across several industries. She is currently running her own online retail business. From 2019-2020, she was a Marketing Manager for the OR Manager brand at Access Intelligence. Her responsibilities included executing integrated marketing campaigns to promote subscription sales, creating and managing all marketing efforts for an annual conference, and promoting sponsored webinars and white papers. From 2016-2018, she was at the American Nurses Association (ANA), first as a Marketing Manager and then as a Brand Strategist. As a Marketing Manager, she managed a 4-person creative team that was responsible for email and social media copywriting, graphic design, digital and print advertising, and all other creative assets required for ANA’s marketing campaigns. In the Brand Strategist role, she was responsible for all marketing efforts to promote registration for an annual conference, and also managed marketing campaigns for specific brands within ANA to achieve revenue and/or attendance goals for each program. In her prior experience, J.R. worked as a marketing consultant with both ExxonMobil and Choice Hotels. J.R. is proficient in MS Office suite. She has a Bachelors in Business Administration from Oregon State University and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing, from the University of Oregon.
