J.W. is a Bearing Point trained Project Manager specializing in process development and re-engineering. She has 20 years of combined experience in financial services / health care industries leading technology implementation projects and in the nonprofit field managing federal grants for small grassroots agencies. J.W. operationalizes grant requirements by hiring, on-boarding and managing 18 staff members annually, conducting training, managing relationships with funders, and measuring project success. Prior to transitioning to the nonprofit field, J.W. worked as a Management Consultant for KPMG where she managed projects with cross-functional teams for mostly large financial services companies. She managed portions of enterprise-wide PMOs in Boston and in New York.
