K.C. has 11+ years of marketing and product management experience bringing disruptive and challenging products into a highly regulated marketplace. She has strong strategy and communication skills with a demonstrated history of working in high-growth, fast-paced work environments. Recently she owned the $3M marketing budget, strategized the marketing digital and print campaigns, and led the development of a mobile platform for use with 200k+ patients. In 2015-2016, K.C. was promoted to manage and launch a direct-to-consumer online genetic business with targeted $6M in annual revenues. She owned the complete P&L, developed and implemented the digital strategy, and worked cross functionally to ensure support in all aspects of the business (operations, customer care, sales support, IT/development, finance, fulfillment, and external partners/vendors). Prior to promotion, she was a Marketing Manager for majority of the complete diagnostic testing portfolio which included identifying potential tests, conducting market research with healthcare providers and sales, running provider level data analytics, generating product requirements and specifications, implementing brand strategy, and training internal employees and customers on products. Her experience includes digital marketing, email campaigns, social media strategy, webinars, google analytics, inbound marketing, and creative communication. Her passion is understanding who the customer is and communicating complicated products/tests in a way they will understand. K.C. has an MBA in Marketing and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
