Prior to building her own firm, she managed marketing operations for Lavastorm Analytics from 2009-2010, where she specified marketing goals and priorities, developed case studies and white papers, as well as crafted sales and analyst presentations. She served as Senior Market Research Manager at Kronos Inc. from 2005-2007, where she delivered custom quantitative research to marketing and product management, including evidence-based recommendations for product names, messaging, and market size projections that justified new product development. Her 6-year tenure at Gartner from 2000-2005 was marked by two promotions (to Associate Director), presenting her custom ROI model for Citrix at their annual user conference, and facilitating selection of a $10mm software product for a major financial services company.
Her technical skills include qualitative & quantitative research using relevant software, project management, proposal writing and sales. She has an MBA from Kellogg and a BA from Dartmouth College.
