K.K. is a technical recruiter with 19+ years of management, recruiting, and career coaching experience. Since 2014, she has worked for a small government contractor that provides IT services. She was quickly promoted to Recruiting Manager, where she manages two recruiters and has been instrumental in the growth of the company from 18 to 100 employees during her tenure there. Prior to this, K.K. spent 5 years as a Career Coach and Job Search Instructor at a major public university. She was regarded by her peers as a strategic organizer and creative content developer who brought the Career Center’s course offerings online. From 1999-2005, K.K. worked in sales and event management where she successfully created hundreds of relationships with local companies, organizations and Embassies. She has a Masters in Community Counseling from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelors in Marketing from Villanova University.
