K.L. has 22 years of finance and operations management experience. She is skilled in financial planning, analysis, cash flow modeling, budgeting, board management; as well as leading and facilitating long term strategic visioning and operations redesign engagements, and managing long term, multi- team projects including systems design. She was a Sr. Consultant at a Boston-based financial services industry leader and at a top Cambridge-based management consulting firm serving Fortune 500 clients. She has experience in investment management, international privatization and company valuation at a national accounting firm, and managed billing, customer service, and purchasing at a medical products VC-backed roll up during three mergers and a new systems implementation. She is past President and Finance Chair of a non-profit board focused on hunger relief and local food distribution, as well as Finance Chair of an independent school. She earned a CFA and Six Sigma Green Belt and is LEAN trained. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
