Army veteran and versatile management professional with a decade of project and program management experience providing successful business outcomes across several different industries, frequently under especially challenging conditions in the Middle-East and Southwest Asia. For the past 3 years, K.L. has focused on furthering his education while launching a small business partnership with a former client reselling network services and hardware, which is currently on schedule to exceed first-year revenue targets. From 2008 to 2016, he provided management services for a small Federal Government contractor, successfully leading the delivery of over $120M in contracted services for several U.S. Government agencies, predominately the Department of Defense and Department of State, along with a number of aid organizations and commercial businesses. After completing his first project on schedule and under budget as an Independent Contractor in 2011, K.L transitioned into a direct role with the company and was assigned to improve a struggling project, which he later built into a full program and complementary line of business. In addition to expert management skills, he has supported past organizations directly or in consultative capacities providing proficient business development support, proposal writing services, research and analysis, report writing, auditing services, business administration, and strategy development. K.L. earned his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Western Governors University in 2017, a Master’s Certificate in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from Villanova University in 2019, and he has held a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with the Project Management Institute (PMI) since 2013. He has experience working with M.S. Office, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint, as well as Salesforce, Zoho, and Project Libre.
