K.B. has over 12 years of management and business operations experience in the IT industry for small and large companies, with noteworthy skills in business process improvement and transformational management. For the last 10 years she has been the Director of Business Operations for JBP Enterprises, LLC (a parent company to multiple businesses), overseeing business operations and compliance. Prior to running a business, she served as IT Service Delivery Manager for Corporate Executive Board, where she excelled as a change management coordinator, led root-cause analysis meetings to identify trends, managed firm-wide IT communications, and directed vendor relationships and hardware procurement. In her role as an IT Help Desk Analyst at PTC, an engineering software company, she was part of a 5-person team supporting 5K+ users worldwide and  executed a massive software migration for 2,500+ users, performed level I and II break-fix installations, and managed account administration for 5K+ users internationally. She is advanced in troubleshooting Windows 7,8, utilizing VPN, Citrix, remote server applications, proficient in MS Office, OneDrive, iPhone, and familiar with Mac OS and applications.
