L.I. is a writer, copy editor, proof reader, and content manager with 10+ years of experience in rapid-growth digital media environments. For the past two years, she managed partnerships and content syndication for a leading consumer-oriented animal health website, increasing the site’s monthly audience from 2.5M to 3.3M. Beginning in 2002, L.I. spent nearly a decade at AOL, most recently as Managing Editor, Director of Network Programming, where she was responsible for the editorial content designed to engage an audience of more than 15M daily users. In this capacity, she worked with all AOL media brands to develop strategies using homepage traffic to grow organic audiences and helped AOL Sales deliver more than $500M in annual advertising commitments. Prior to this role, L.I. was an executive producer, where she oversaw programming of entertainment and lifestyle content on AOL.com, producing all awards show coverage and delivering on high-profile, sponsored campaigns. She began her career as a programming manager of AOL Cityguide’s National Shopping Team, managing the workload of 30 freelance writers. L.I. has written numerous articles and galleries and has edited content and corporate reports as a consultant for Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson and Perfect Sense Digital. She has a B.A. in English from Franklin & Marshall College.
