Operations and Strategy professional with 25 years of analytical and operational experience managing teams in marketing and finance departments in consumer-facing industries. She spent the past 16 years running her own pricing advisory firm, supporting restaurant industry clients. L.K. has simultaneously managed a Boston condominium building, including several renovations and a multi-year roof/deck replacement and fire escape construction project on behalf of 10 owners. Previously, L.K. held roles in strategic planning, finance, and brand management at Dunkin’ Brands for 5 years. She applied her analytical, process, presentation, and team-building skills in all of these positions, which required significant interaction with corporate counterparts and large franchisee organizations. She has successfully automated many work processes and is proficient in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, QuickBooks, and many of today’s key web-enabled services and applications including Mailchimp and WordPress. L.K. has an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School and a BS in Econ/Marketing/Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
