L.P.F. is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA/CGA) with over 20 years directing and managing teams of compliance and internal auditors. L.P.F retired in 2010 as Inspector General of an International Organization. From 1998 to 2010 L.P.F successfully directed and managed the Office of the Inspector General in in-depth analyses, project monitoring, evaluations of operational, financial, and business processes both at Headquarters in Washington, DC, as well as across 32 field offices in the Member States. As an independent consultant, L.P.F. has been managing and directing audit teams in executing compliance audits, reconciliation of financial/accounting information and providing written and oral reports with recommendations for improved internal control processes. L.P.F was awarded the 2013 International Award for distinctive leadership and professionalism in PFM in the International Sector and is currently an inactive CGFM. L.P.F attended University of Toronto, Ryerson and Durham College in Ontario, Canada and is proficient in Microsoft Office, Quick Books with working knowledge of Spanish and French Creole.
