M.B. is an experienced business and technology solution delivery leader possessing strong organizational and management skills within financial services, non-profit and benefits outsourcing sectors. Prior to leaving the workforce in June 2017, she was responsible for the program management of a proprietary developed software-based video conferencing platform including; implementation, marketing, communications and customer service for over 20K+ users. From 2002 to 2014, as VP Business Analysis & Data of Fidelity Charitable, the largest non-profit donor advised fund, she managed a team of 8 to 10 project managers/analysts, led the annual technology business prioritization efforts and as a member of the Operating Committee, was charged with delivering on strategic initiatives, successfully achieving targeted growth goals. Prior to this she held several analysts, client and project management roles within the Fidelity Investments benefits outsourcing business focused on providing exceptional client service, new product and operational processes development. Recognized for her strategic acumen and her experience in program and project management, she was recruited to join multiple start-up/growing businesses within her career at Fidelity Investments. She has a Bachelors of Arts from Merrimack College. Available up to full time with flexibility.
