She is currently an independent consultant providing marketing and communication strategies for an event company. Previously, she was the Chief Marketing Office for a start-up thought leadership company, where she transformed their brand fundamentals, increased their social media interactions and led an annual event for CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. From 2008-2014, she was an SVP of eCommerce for Bank of America, her second tenure with the company, at which she led the execution and launch of the Merrill Edge online sales site, a position into which she was promoted after the acquisition of Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining BAC, she worked as an Account Director for two small advertising agencies, where she led teams that supported the overall profitably and growth of clients, including Raytheon, Hawker Beechcraft Airlines, Merrill Lynch, Nantucket Nectars and Tom Tom. She worked at Fidelity Investments from 2000-2004, where she was promoted three times, and was in a director level position when she created marketing programs for HNW clients and led online advertising programs. She has deep knowledge in developing segmentation strategies and personas, understands Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce and Hubspot. She began her career at RH Macy in Corporate Buying and Product Development. She has an MA from Columbia University and a BA from Lehigh University.
