Seasoned program manager and customer experience leader with 10 years of experience supporting mission-driven nonprofits and small businesses. From 2010 to 2017, she worked for Hourcar, Minnesota’s largest car-sharing operator, where she quickly moved from customer support representative to operations manager to program manager. As program Manager from 2014 to 2017, she managed an $850K annual budget, built a cross-functional staff team and spearheaded modernization of Hourcar’s technology infrastructure. She also led the development of a high-profile public-private partnership which made Hourcar the first car-sharing operator in the U.S. to allow users to access vehicles with their public transit passes. M.H. is currently an independent consultant, using business analytics to help early-stage companies get better customer feedback and build successful products. She is an experienced data analyst with extensive experience implementing customer surveys and building dashboards with Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
