M.H. has over 20 years of human resources experience as a Director, Manager and HR Business Partner in mostly medium-sized organizations and is currently an independent HR consultant. She is an HR generalist, but has particular expertise in talent management, talent acquisition, performance management and organizational development. From 2013 – 2015 she managed a staff of 3 HR professionals for an international organization supporting employee groups world-wide. Prior to 2013 she served in various HR capacities at Management Sciences for Health for 8 years where she progressed from administrative roles to leading recruitment efforts, building the HR Partner and Talent Management groups, and implementing HR Strategic Initiatives. She earned her BS from the University of Nebraska/Lincoln and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate from HRCI.
