M.K. (Bethesda, MD) is an operations and process improvement professional with 25 years of experience. She has managed operations for start-ups, regional offices, and nonprofits in a wide-range of industries. From 2008-2014, M.K. was second-in-charge of a new department for an Australian nonprofit focused on college savings.
