Since 2009, her work focused on the sustainable energy area, including her recent role at a trade association from 2015 to 2018, which involved operations and customer service. She helped to improve processes for its CRM and marketing automation platform and developed user references for several tools. In her roles at a SaaS startup and an energy consulting firm from 2010 to 2014, she outlined and implemented inbound marketing techniques to optimize their websites and blogs as well as enhance lead generation. Prior to those, she took on the project of reorganizing, rewriting, and editing 135+ web pages for the Department of Energy Resources on Mass.gov., leveraging her strength in shaping effective user experiences. From 2002 to 2009, M.M. worked at an invention and innovation program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she was promoted from Communications Coordinator to Communications Officer. From 1999 to 2002, she advanced from the Promotions Assistant to the Promotions Coordinator/Web Master at 100.7 WZLX-FM, a CBS radio station. M.M. is proficient in Salesforce and HubSpot. She has an MBA from Simmons School of Management and a BS in Communication from Boston University.
