12 years of administrative assistant experience and 9 years of bookkeeping experience, including 2 years in HR and payroll for both private schools and non-profit organizations. She is currently an independent bookkeeper for a non-profit organization (2014 – present). M.M. most recently worked as a Business Office Manager for a private school during 2019-2020. From 2007 – 2018, she worked as an Administrator and in 2017 she was promoted to Business Finance Manager at a private Christian school. During her time there, she created and maintained the school’s annual budget, managed A/R and A/P, and ensured student invoices and tuition were accurate. Her efforts helped get the school out of a negative balance to grossing over $350K in profits annually. There she found her passion to study and become a bookkeeper. In February 2019, she became certified as a Professional Bookkeeper with 2018 QuickBooks from the University of DC Community College. She is an accomplished and driven administrative assistant and bookkeeper with excellent organizational skills. She is proficient QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.
