She spent the bulk of her career from 2002-2014 at a rapidly growing global healthcare consulting firm. She rose quickly through the ranks from Executive Assistant to the CEO to Research Services Coordinator, Operations and Program Manager, and finally Director of Business Analytics and Program Management. She provided business analysis and financial reporting for the company’s largest division with annual revenues of $20M and 600 active projects. She analyzed financial indicators for the division and implemented a conversion from MS SharePoint (a system she successfully created) to Salesforce.com CRM to analyze sales activity and provide business intelligence. She started her career in nonprofit membership, and she returned to this sector from 2015-2018, handling membership for a scientific society, in order to care for aging family members.
