M.P is a seasoned grants management, proposal management, and project management professional with 20+ years of experience leading teams on global health initiatives. Since 2012, she has been an independent global public health consultant. From 2011-2012, she worked for The World Bank, where she supported the implementation of a social protection program in Haiti and helped design a $15M maternal and child health and capacity building program. From 2007-2011, she worked for the Adventist Development and Relief Agency, where she was promoted to Bureau Chief of the New Business Development Bureau. She oversaw annual pursuits of over $300M in federal and international grant funding and proposal development efforts. Her work led to a 20% increased win rate and the identification of best practices and improved management systems. M.P. has an MPH from Loma Linda University School of Public Health and a BS in Business Administration from Southern Adventist University. She is certified in nonprofit board governance and coaching.
