M.U. has over 15+ years of experience in research and analysis in a variety of industries including housing, finance and petroleum. From 2009 until its recent corporate relocation to Texas, M.U. was a Contracts Analyst for ExxonMobil. She provided critical data analysis and research to engineers as part of bid review process. In addition, she managed a database that collected contractor performance metrics. Prior to ExxonMobil, M.U. worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Fannie Mae from 1998-2007. She provided and analyzed data and trends on demographic, housing finance and public policy issues for use in executive speeches, presentations and other public communications. From 1994-1998, she worked as Research Associate at the Urban Institute, where she analyzed and evaluated housing and community development programs and issues for the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Fannie Mae Foundation, and other private foundations. M.U. is proficient in MS Office Suite, Lexis-Nexis, SAS, Visio, SharePoint and other general business applications. She is fluent in Spanish and has a BS from George Mason University and an MBA from The George Washington University.
