N.A. is a versatile professional. Her most recent position was at Fidelity (2007 – 2017). She started as a Senior Analyst in Strategic Planning and Project Management (2007 – 2011), where she analyzed key metrics to identify and track business opportunities. Here she tapped her technology and analytical thinking to turn metrics into innovative ideas and improve efficiency. She won an award in 2010 for outstanding client experience. From 2011 – 2013 she became a Client Conversion Manager where she had more direct interaction with advisors and became more relationship focused. Fidelity was moving to a web based platform and she developed and managed a project plan, facilitated webinar and in-person demos to teach inhouse stakeholders and external clients. Her next roles were in the strategic client experience, collaborating with product and technology departments to take client feedback and build better systems. She also created focus groups of internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver strategy. Lastly, N.A. was a Platform Manager from 2015 – 2017, where she led a marketing workstream, creating / managing materials for customers as Fidelity developed their first digital offering. She worked with inhouse communication groups to create client materials and provided subject matter expertise on client touch points. N.A. also won several other awards and participated in leadership development for Fidelity’s top talent. She loves technology (across any industry), project management and administration. She has advance proficiency with MS Office, SQL, Hyperion, Salesforce and has some experience with QuickBooks.
