O.B., CMA, CIA, and AMCT, is a finance executive with diverse operational experience in private and public mid-sized and Fortune 500 energy companies with multinational operations. Throughout her career, she led accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, debt compliance and internal audit functions. She is adept at identifying both opportunities and risks beyond the boundaries of any single financial function. She is currently and independent consultant, performing part-time CFO/Controller/Administrative advisory services to small companies. From 2014-2018, she was Head of Corporate Treasury for a public energy company with $600M in revenues. She managed corporate liquidity and relationships with over 25 banks. From 2011-2014, she was Head of Treasury/FP&A/Insurance in a fast-growing, multinational private company with $200M in revenues. She helped take the company to the IPO, managing valuation and tax restructuring and designing new budget and long-term models for the company. In all of these roles, she has developed policies and procedures, strengthened controls in her organizations, and improved reporting and efficiency of operations. O.B. is currently perusing an Executive MBA with TRIUM, a partnership of NYU Stern, London School of Economics, and HEC Paris School of Management and ranked #2 globally by Financial Times. She has a B.S. in Economics and Management from Kazakhstan.
