P.F. is a seasoned HR professional with 19+ years of diverse experience, including data analysis, HRIS management and reporting, compensation, recruiting, and HR generalist duties. From 1996-2016, P.F. worked for SRA International, a leading federal government IT solutions and professional services provider. From 2010-2016 she was a Data Analyst responsible for preparing weekly, monthly, and annual reports that drove HR performance decisions. She also managed headcount data and designed and developed an HR dashboard using Excel to highlight company metrics. Prior to this she was a key member of the Workday implementation team that successfully launched a new HRIS system in under 12 months. As a Compensation Analyst from 2005-2009, she worked with consultants and other stakeholders to implement new compensation programs and restructure existing ones. From 1996-2005 she was an HR Generalist, where she designed and documented company procedures to comply with federal regulations and supported a business unit of 1000+ employees. She is an advanced Excel user and highly proficient with MS Office Suite and various HRIS systems including Lawson and Workday. She has a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
