P.S. offers 20+ years of operations, program and project management, and proposal writing experience. He is highly skilled in translating client needs into responsive solutions, forming and managing multi-disciplinary project teams, inventing new methods and tools to solve difficult problems, formulating and marketing new products and services, and communicating complex concepts clearly in both verbal and written form. P.S. is currently an independent consultant providing management consulting services to US federal agencies, large and small corporations, and trade and professional associations. In 2012, P.S. was recruited by senior leadership to help expand PwC’s federal advisory practice, where he served through the following year. P.S. also served as Program Manager for a mission support contract held by Native American Management Services, Inc. In this capacity, he developed and managed more than 30 organizational development, communications, human capital development, and meeting and conference planning projects. He is proficient in the use of common business and customer relationship management (CRM) software. P.S. has an MBA from Duke University and a BA from the University of Vermont. He holds current professional certifications in project management (PMP), Agile concepts (ICAgile Professional, Scrum Master), and information technology (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+).
