S.A. has 10+ years of experience managing and coordinating international development projects. Most recently, she served as Project Manager for an NGO in Yemen, where she managed a team that implemented a $500K World Bank grant to promote women empowerment and health. She also oversaw a $1.8M development grant funded by the Dutch government. In these roles, she worked with private and nonprofit stakeholders to design and implement the projects, measured results, monitored expenses, led teams, and conducted research and analysis. Earlier in her career, she coordinated projects in the public sector and was involved in development plans and policy making activities. She is bilingual in English and Arabic. She has a Masters in Public Policy from Exeter University, UK.
