S.G. is a leadership coach, facilitator, experiential trainer, and learning and development consultant. Since 2014, S.G. has been an associate for a global talent development and career transition consulting firm. She facilitates leadership and change training programs and leads executive coaching engagements. In addition, she serves as adjunct faculty teaching stress management and mindfulness to undergraduates. From 2009-2013, she was Director of Educational Programs for George Mason University’s Center for the Advancement of Well Being. She has worked as an independent learning development consultant for many years in addition to working in companies. S.G. previously had a 15-year career in marketing communications. S.G. is currently a doctoral student studying leadership and change. She has a MA in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University and a BA in Communications from Southern Methodist University.
