S.G. is a product manager with customer support and content management/analysis experience spanning 13 years. His business background, experience with research and analytics, and passion for customer service drive him to focus on delivering products that exceed the customer’s expectations. For the past 6 years, he has managed multiple high-profile consumer websites, including one with 8 million users per month. In this role, he owned projects, maintained the product roadmap, drafted release notes for stakeholders, performed User Acceptance Testing, and collaborated with globally-distributed teams to ensure each release met all requirements and specifications. From 2007-2018, he managed all day-to-day operations for a website with 250K+ users each month, including all client and customer support, front-end development, and content. Prior to this, he managed the online community and activities database for the same product. S.G. is proficient in HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Microsoft Office. He has a Masters and Bachelors from Southern New Hampshire University.
