S.P. has 30+ years of compensation analysis, HRIS analysis, and benefits administration experience at large and mid-sized hospitals. At Holy Cross Hospital from 1989-2016, she was a Senior Compensation Analyst, Compensation and Benefits Manager, and Compensation/HRIS Analyst. In addition to managing compensation and benefits functions, she was Project Manager for the initial installation and subsequent upgrades of PeopleSoft HR and payroll modules. She has developed compensation programs to reinforce strategic objectives, maintained programs through multiple years, developed roll-outs of compensation changes, developed recording keeping systems to help maintain salary equity, promoted and marketed benefits programs, negotiated benefit plan rates, maintained employee records, and automated many HR and payroll functions. She has advanced proficiency in Excel and PeopleSoft. She has a Bachelors in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany.
