T.B. has 14 years of human resources experience spanning publishing and high tech. From 1997-2006 she worked as a senior HR generalist providing HR consulting services to various business units within IDG (International Data Group). In this role she handled recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management and worked closely with managers on organizational issues. She was consistently recognized for her can-do attitude, flexibility, interpersonal skills, client satisfaction, rapport at all levels, HR skills, initiative and work ethic. From 1996-1997 she managed benefits for Wired Ventures (Wired Magazine publisher) during start-up mode across 4 business units/product lines. Prior to this she worked for a computer peripheral developer and manufacturer for 5 years as a generalist responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits. She has a BA in Communication Studies from Sonoma State University in California.
