20+ years of experience in HR, inclusion and diversity strategy and execution partnering with the senior team to mobilize and activate people to drive business results. She has experience in human resources policies, programs, and services for the organization including areas of responsibility of employment, compensation, employee relations, health and welfare, safety, organization development and learning, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. As head of HR and many senior level roles held, she led a global HR team in reinforcing strong company culture, creating and leading large-scale employee engagement and development programs, and implementing reward and talent management strategies that support the achievement of business goals and objectives. Recently, she has led a team of experts in the optimal delivery of HR functions such as talent management, compensation, total well-being, analytics and workforce technology along with emerging business drivers such as artificial intelligence. As senior HR professional, T.C. leads inclusion and diversity strategy along with required diversity reporting. Since being appointed to leadership roles since 2013, T.C. has been instrumental in integrating human resources initiatives into the strategic goals of the several organizations. T.C. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and currently working on a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global College (UMGC) as well as the senior level professional human resources designation SHRM-SCP and PHR designation from Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), respectively. She is an active member of the national and local chapters of the Society of Human Resource Management as well as participates in several senior HR surveys and on roundtables in Virginia.
