T.K. has 15+ years of accounting and operations experience in both large and small companies. Most recently, Tina worked for a non-profit owning 18 group homes for special needs adults. She managed accounting functions (AR, AP, payroll, benefits), maintenance, procurement and general operations for a staff of 200. From 2015-2017 she was Director of Operations for a small IT recruiting company. In this dual role she supported an organization of 50 employees by managing payroll, benefits, training, and procurement and also served as a full life cycle technical recruiter. She has held a variety of operations roles throughout her career, including Application Support Engineer (2014-2015), medical Billing Manager (2012-2015), and medical claims Business Analyst (2001-2008). She is proficient in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, MS Dynamics SL, Salesforce, Paycom, TSheets Payroll, and ADP. She has Bachelor and Master Degrees in Business Administration from Baker College, Flint, MI.
