A Baltimore-based boutique corporate advisory and
investment banking firm seeks to hire a Receptionist/Office Administrator to support the firm's continued growth.
 

Hours/Schedule:  40 hours/ week

 

Job Type: Direct hire

 

Location Requirements: 4 days/ week onsite, 1 day remote  

Rate: $58 – $62k salary plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision health insurance, life insurance, paid time off – vacation and holiday, and 401(k) plan. 

Job Description: Seeking a professional, organized, self-motivated, and have excellent customer service skills. The role will include working closely with the firm’s Chief of Staff to provide office support by performing various administrative and clerical tasks.
 
Responsibilities:  

  • Receptionist functions, including greeting guests/clients and guiding them to appropriate conference rooms
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
  •  Coordinate and pick-up breakfast and lunch for staff and client meetings
  • Providing calendar management support by scheduling meetings and calls for senior staff
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, such as booking flights and making hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Clerical support, including data entry, sorting mail, binding reports, printing, and filing
  • Placing orders for office supplies and kitchen refreshments as needed 
 

Qualifications:  

  •  AA or BS degree preferred
  • •At least 5 years of administrative or customer service-related experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and complete projects in a timely manner
  • Attention to detail
