FlexProfessionals takes reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the personal data it processes. Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is one hundred percent (100%) secure, and we therefore cannot guarantee absolute security or that third parties may not illegally obtain this information.
Sharing and Use of Personal Information
Access to your Personal Identifying Information is restricted to those employees or business partners who need to know that information as part of their job and to carry out our services to you. Except as described herein, we will not disclose Personal Identifying Information outside of FlexProfessionals without your consent.

Collection, Sharing, and Retention of Information – Job Seekers
FlexProfessionals is a staffing firm that matches job seekers with companies in need of talent. To assist you in finding flexible employment, we collect Personal Information about you as a job seeker, including your resume or LinkedIn profile and additional information you may opt to provide through our online forms. You are not required to provide your Personal Identifying Information, but this may lead to our inability to provide you with certain services through the Website.
We may share general skills and experience information about our job seekers with our business clients, but we do not share your Personal Identifying Information (name, phone, email) to our business clients without your permission.
We retain Personal Information for as long as the information is relevant to our business purposes or until you request that we remove the data by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
FlexProfessionals will delete any Personal Information from our database upon written request. Please send such request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. However, any information previously supplied to a potential employer may be retained in their files.
Collection, Sharing, and Retention of Information – Business Clients (Employers)
Employers also may be required to provide information about their company and/or specific job opportunity in order for FlexProfessionals to post the job on our Website. Some information will be viewable on the Website to job seekers and other visitors, but we will not include the name, email, phone, or street address of the potential employer. Job openings will not be listed without the consent of the potential employer. We will remove any employer or job opening information from our Website upon email request by an authorized person at that company addressed to their FlexProfessionals point of contact or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Email Communications and Ability to Opt Out
When you submit a resume, apply for a job, or sign up for our newsletter, you are opting in to receiving our newsletters, emails and other communications about our services. At any time, you may opt-out of receiving communications from FlexProfessionals by emailing us with your specific request at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org or by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of certain emails.
If you send an e-mail to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You thereby consent to receive communications from us electronically; however, please note that e-mail communications are not necessarily secure and confidential. We may communicate with you by email or postal mail or by posting notices on the Website. All agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
From time to time, we may post employer and job seeker testimonials on our Website. If these contain and Personal Information, we will obtain the company or job seeker’s consent prior to posting.
Children under 18 years old are not the target audience for our Website. To protect their privacy, we prohibit the solicitation of personal information from children under 13 years old and do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.
