Washington DC based brokerage firm is looking for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager who can be on site 3 days a week
 

Hours/Schedule: Full time, 3 days in office to include Wednesday’s

Job Type: Direct 

Location Requirements: Hybrid    

Rate: $75,000 to $80,000 annual salary and benefits 

 
Job Description: Bookkeeper to perform Payroll and Office Administrative activities 

 
Responsibilities:  

  • Financial record keeping in Quickbooks On Line
  • Processing payroll through Prime Pay
  • Processing monthly vendor payments
  • Preparing monthly financial reports 
  • Calculating commission payouts for brokers 
  • Ordering supplies
  • Maintaining professional certifications and licenses
  • Tracking expense payments

 

Qualifications:  

  • College degree and 3+ years of bookkeeping/ accounting experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and keen attention to detail
  • Quick Books Online experience
  • Strong communication skills
