Dynamic, rapidly growing firm is looking for an experienced Operations Administrative Assistant to join their team
Hours/Schedule: 20 hours/weekly, consistent , flexible schedule
Job Type: Contract, On-going
Location Requirements: Work will be done onsite in their Rockville, MD. office
Rate: $30-$35Hr. based on administrative experience
Job Description: Looking for a can-do candidate who has excellent Office operations and administrative skills who will be working closely with some members of the Management team .
Responsibilities:
- Vendor Paperwork set up
- Responsible for Purchase Order processing and tracking
- Schedule all jobs specs w/ Data Collection, and coordinate different vendors for various groups as needed
- Projects as assigned by CEO and the VP of Operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Up to date computers skills are a must, must have at minimum intermediate skills in Excel ,Microsoft Office products, and Google applications
- Excellent attention to detail , and the ability to “move the ball”
- Must be Detail Oriented
- Excellent organizational Skills
- Willingness to learn new technology and new skills as needed
- Analytical thinker
- Self-manage projects , ideal candidate will be a “Jill/Jack of all trades”
- Effective communication and writing skills
