Government Contractor in Northern Virginia is looking for a Special Projects Coordinator.
Hours/Schedule: 20 hours/week
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location Requirements: Hybrid with 1st and 3rd Wednesday in office in Vienna, VA
Rate: $25/hour
Responsibilities:
- DOS survey analysis
- Training Certificates
- LinkedIn Posts
- Website update/planning
- Onboarding mailings
- Onboarding swag packing and mailings
- Benefit Guides/renewal mailing
- Printing
- Holiday gifts and shipping
- Employee birthday and anniversary cards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
- 4 years of working experience in the GovCon space
- 2-4 years of work experience with Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience scheduling using Outlook or another tool
- Experience interacting with senior management
- Experience using external job boards (e.g., Indeed), social media, etc.
- Experience posting on LinkedIn
- Comfortable navigating within the website for updates and scheduling activity
