M.J. has 25+ years of experience in health care planning, service line development, and marketing communications. Most recently, she has remained professionally active through several community organizations, including serving six years (one year as President) on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Falls Church Education Foundation (FCEF). She led an overall assessment of FCEF, which resulted in changes that moved the organization from an operating deficit to returning more than $250,000 a year to the local school system. Throughout her career she has worked in hospitals and with a large, private practice with multiple outpatient sites. M.J. has developed outreach, customer engagement and branding strategies, adapting messaging across a variety of media platforms, and consistently produced results that generate revenue growth. Her work has encompassed the full range of marketing activities including research and analysis, creation of business plans, development of comprehensive marketing and communication plans, and oversight and tactical implementation of campaigns. She has an MBA from The George Washington University and a BA in Journalism from Marshall University.
