A.P. is a marketing and digital analytics professional with 20+ years of experience leading projects and programs for federal, contractor, and non-profit organizations.  When more than 50% of a federal website’s users were accessing the non-mobile friendly site with cellphones, A.P. led the redesign and migration to a Drupal 8 platform that offers great experiences for users on computers, tablets, and mobile devices. A.P. also conceived of, obtained funding for, and directed a training and technical assistance project designed to increase staff use of web analytics to improve the organization’s 1,700 public websites.  A.P. developed a comprehensive communications plan to promote a new website to 200K email subscribers and collect feedback. A.P. is proficient in MS Office, Google Analytics, Drupal 8, Granicus (GovDelivery email), Verint Foresee (customer satisfaction), Crazy Egg (heat mapping), and SnagIt (screen capture). She has an MBA in Marketing from George Washington University, a Web Analytics Master Certification from Market Motive (now Simplilearn), BA in sociology from the University of MD, and served as a founder and co-leader of the Digital Analytics Association – DC chapter.
