Copywriter and branding expert focused on content marketing and metrics-driven growth for social media. In her current role as director of content and branding at a start-up, she manages a team of contractors, copywriters, and designers to create high-engagement content for social media, email, and advertising. Over the past 3 years, she has been in turn recruited as a contributing consultant, hired full time, and then promoted in succession to the social editor, managing editor, then senior manager while growing the brand’s audience from 20 thousand into over one million followers. Prior to this, H.H. worked as a freelance copywriter and has coordinated content marketing campaigns for TripAdvisor, Bumble, Rent the Runway, Urban Outfitters, and WeWork. She has also worked with several arts institutions, including the Peabody Essex Museum, the American Museum of Natural History, and the New York Historical Society. Outside of her marketing work, she has composed catalog copy for Christie’s Auction House and covered exhibitions at the Peabody Essex Museum and Museum of Fine Arts for both local and national publications. She works with teams both in-office and remotely, coordinating projects with collaborative technologies and working across a wide array of content management systems. She holds a BA from New York University in Postcolonial History, with a minor in Global Fine Arts.
