Worked with customer service team to ensure smooth transition for clients from previous processor. Created strategies to build book of business and grow company’s standing in Northern Virginia.
From 2016-2021 served as Program Manager for a firm that provided consulting and training/education services to contract furniture manufacturers and dealers. Created and expanded training course offerings targeted to project managers, sales leadership and business owners, resulting in an increase in training revenue from $65K-$187K in 5 years.
