Current and prior experience working in academic settings as an Instructional Aide and GED Instructor. Developed a youth character education program that helped decrease recidivism by 50% in one year. Currently delivering a curriculum and teaching method to adult learner GED students that led 99% to achieve statewide writing contest recognition.
