From 2019-2021, served as CEO of leading Ukrainian economic think tank of 25 employees, Managed day-to-day operations, oversaw research projects, and communicated with stakeholders. Ensured robustness of the organization and implemented a successful crowdfunding campaign.

From 2011-2018 served as Researcher and then Policy Research Director for a university research center, implementing research projects on Ukrainian economic and social policy, such as investigating cash flows in Ukrainian healthcare sector, analysis of labor market policies or impact of 2015 economic crisis on well-being of children. Organized a summer school for international NGO representatives and a course in economics for journalists at the university. Organized a few conferences on economic policy.

Earlier career experience in market risk analysis at a commercial bank and legislation analysis at the Parliament of Ukraine.

Author and co-author of research and media publications, co-editor of the book on Ukraine’s after-war reconstruction.
