P.C. has 25 years of experience in marketing and project management in the hospitality industry. For the past 20 years, she held various digital marketing and operations roles at a Fortune 500 company, achieving a ‘Key Contributor’ performance rating reserved for the top 5% of associates. Most recently, she oversaw the marketing of exclusive offers at 7,000 hotels worldwide, doubling revenue over 6 years to $225+M in 2019. She managed the development, maintenance and budget for a loyalty platform in Salesforce and BrandWorks. Throughout her career, P.C. has excelled at writing/editing internal and external communications, developing and implementing annual marketing plans, managing reporting & analysis and email marketing. From 2003-2006, she generated record annual profit from Marriott’s credit card partnership with Visa. She started her career in meeting and event Planning with Hyatt, Doubletree and Quadel Consulting. She has a BS, Cum Laude, from Virginia Tech.
