ROR is a HR Generalist with experience in employee relations, compensation, benefits, staffing, HRIS. She has been consulting since 2013, in organizations ranging from non-profit, technology and financial services. Her consulting work ranged from assessing organizations, staffing, coaching, performance management. From 1991 through 2012, ROR provided human resources functional experience at a growing technology company, being promoted several times during that span. As that company grew, she implemented two separate HRIS systems, led the HR effort on acquisitions as well as benefit plan design. She is available 20-30 hours/wk within 30 minutes of Methuen, but would travel to an organization on a limited basis.
